📂 Disclosure Motion Kit
Motion to compel disclosure
When the prosecution won’t give you the evidence, bring a motion to compel disclosure — the next step after a disclosure request.
You are entitled to disclosure of the prosecution’s case. If a disclosure request (see the charge kits) goes unanswered or comes back incomplete, the next step is a motion to compel. This kit covers documenting the missing items, preparing the motion and supporting materials, serving and filing on time, and what to ask the court for — including remedies where late or non-disclosure has prejudiced your defence. (Procedure to be confirmed before publishing.)
